Rupain Sachdev
Co-founder and Director
Rupain is the Co-founder and Director of The Xen Group, where he has devoted 13 years to building and establishing the company’s place in the medical distribution landscape. With over 25 years of experience in the field, he has managed the sales of some of the most innovative medical equipment for powerhouses such as Baxter and Johnson and Johnson. He has extensive experience in various fields including ophthalmology and interventional radiology.
Rupain holds an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management in India. He is passionate wildlife and tennis.
Nandini Sachdev
Co-founder and Director
Nandini is the Co-founder and Director of The Xen Group, where she manages operations and strategic growth and development. She has spearheaded the establishment of Qudra Medical in Oman and Xenmed in Kenya. She is passionate about the Africa project.
She likes reading, music and fostering dogs in her spare time.
Hira Andrade
Sales Manager
Hira is the Sales Manager at Xenith LLC, where she oversees strategy and sales. Hira has worked with Xenith for over 10 years, where she promotes neuroradiology, interventional cardiology and endovascular products. She graduated with a Gold Medal in Pharmacology from Manipal India and then went on to do her Executive MBA from IIM (A) in India.
Hira has a passion for animal welfare and adventure travel.
Dhirender Kaushal
Sales Manager
Dhirender is the Sales Manager at Xenith and Qudra, where he manages sales in Abu Dhabi and Oman. Dhirender has attended over 70 neuro intervention flow-diverter and aortic cases and is the highest seller of Venaseal in the Middle East. He has previously worked with Medtronic in India.
Dhirender is a family man and stays up-to-date with the latest medical news.
Abdul Latheef
Chief Accountant
Latheef is our Chief Accountant at the Xen Group. He has worked with us for over 6 years and is central to the day to day operations. He graduated from University of Calicut.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his kids and practicing Taekwondo. Don’t mess with him, he’s working towards his purple belt!
